This is quite simple as it works on both simple server and psiphon/syphon shield with #0.0k

Just create a new configuration setting with the following

APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

Proxy: Empty

Port:8080

For Simple Server

Configure your simple server with

Injector => *.mtnonline.com/data-reset

Query =>  *.mtnonline.com/data-reset

For Psiphon

*.mtnonline.com/data-reset

Select any region

Connect through HTTP with 

10.199.212.2 

8080

Start browsing.
